Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Hong Kong Registered Air Mail or Singapore Registered Air Mail with tracking, requiring a signature. Please ensure you or someone else is present to sign for the delivery. Unclaimed items returned to us will require payment of shipping costs to re-ship. Unclaimed items returned to us and refunded will have shipping costs for the initial shipment deducted from the refund amount.

When your order is shipped out via Registered Air Mail, we will provide you with a tracking number that allows you to keep track of the delivery on the Hong Kong Post website at http://app3.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp or the Singapore Post website at http://www.singpost.com/. Further tracking details can be found at the post office websites of the destination countries, as seen below or in the drop-down menu on the Hong Kong Post website (Note: not all countries provide source-to-destination details for Registered Air Mail, in which case, only date of departure and shipping status are available from Hong Kong Post).

All requests for returns must be made by following the site's RMA procedures within 30 days of receiving purchased products.
To request an RMA:
1. Log into your Account page.
2. On the My Account page, click History and details of your orders (or equivalent) to view
3. In the row of the order that contains the merchandise you want to return, click details.
4. In the order details, mark the checkbox of the item you want to return.
5. In the Quantity box, indicate how many of the item you want to return.
6. In the Merchandise return box, type the reason for the RMA.
7. Click "Make an RMA slip".
Returned items must be unopened and in unused condition. The customer agrees to and is responsible for paying all shipping charges and incurring all fees associated with the return of merchandise purchased through ioomobile.com.
Returns for adhesive merchandise (including but not limited to phone skins, screen protectors, and stickers) that have had their backing removed, as well as items designed for one time-use, are not accepted.
